Moriarty conforms to the principles outlined in the BABOK. We commit ourselves to our clients and therefore do not just present options but will, at the clients request, advocate for a particular course of action in relation to the data discovered.
Because of the sensitive nature of analysis, when we have competitors as clients we assign separate teams and operate using the "chinese wall". All of our clients deserve, and receive, both our discretion and our best efforts on their behalf.
Our analysis goes beyond "running the numbers". A business is actually NOT a numbers game. It is a "people enterprise" which, when engaged in properly, results in increased growth and profit, i.e. numbers. We evaluate personnel, processes, and structure at all levels and do not use a "slash and burn approach". Moriarty takes pride in our record of doing the best job possible at building up companies and their people.
